I know everyone cooks, but I think this way with cabbage ( a
very underrated veg), is wonderful.
Steam cabbage, I steam nearly everything, until it is to your taste ( mine
is to just beyond Al dente whoever that is), melt some butter in a pan, add
crushed garlic and soften it, add cabbage and stir until coated thinly with
butter, add a small quantity of caraway seeds stir and serve.
